Sealants are a great way to eliminate high numbers of fillings in permanent teeth during the critical stages of growth and development. The deep grooves within your molars can be difficult for children and teens to consistently clean even when they successfully complete their routine six-month visits. If these crevices are free of cavities, they can be cleaned and conditioned for bonding. Our practice provides quick and comfortable sealant processes that utilize a resin material applied directly to these molars and seal it quickly with a state-of-the-art dental curing light. This procedure is completed within minutes, giving your child’s molars an effective, affordable protective measure against tooth decay.
